We are very excited to share this great news: the largest loan to date on the platform was fully subscribed last night. Thanks to the ´Bad Honnef´ loan in Germany, no less than €1,300,000 was raised! The loan was subscribed by 579 (!) investors within 11 days, 11 hours and 4 minutes. This is the first time this amount of investors participated in one single loan. The amount raised is also a new record for Max Crowdfund.
The project developer will use the amount raised to finance the purchase of a home in Aegidienberg, Germany. The loan has a term of twelve months and an annual interest rate of 11%.
This big news shows that increasingly larger loans are being published on the platform and that they are also being subscribed faster. The previous large loan, the Russia Pool Hotel in the United Kingdom with a target amount of €1,240,000, was fully subscribed in 22 days and 47 minutes.
